Anika, Anika, Anika!

Hannah loves Anika and is trying to tell many people about Anika.

Anika lives in Jakarta with her brother Xavier and Father Dean. The three of them came to Australia in December and Hannah, her Dad and Dean, Xavier and Anika went canyoning in the Blue Mountains.

Hannah often refers to the harness she needed to put on, and no doubt descending the waterfall at the end has left an impression on her. Here are some photos of that day and one photo of another day the five of us went surfing at 'The Farm'.

Christmas holidays

Hannah's holiday.

Hannah mostly did stuff close to home over Christmas and very few photos were taken of her. Here are some photos of Hannah, Caiden and Hannah's Dad walking from Kiama train station to Gerringong train station, about 14kms.

An unposed photo of Hannah trying to convey
something about how far we'd already walked?

Caiden offering Hannah moral support!

Hannah spent three days at Bawley Point with her Aunty Kim, Uncle Bruce and their children Paisley, Obi & Trinity.

Hannah also camped and spent 3 days at the Illawarra Folk Festival. Complete with ear muffs Hannah actually mostly enjoyed the festival.

It's worth asking Hannah about canoeing with Shae and Elme (Tallowa Dam) and about the massive storm complete with black twisted angry clouds and lightning galore. Hannah didn't like the storm, but loved living for two days on the water.

Now that school is back I'll get back onto Hannah's weekend updates.

Artistic water wheels

Hannah was walking with her family and two friends last Sunday in the Morton National Park when she happened upon these amazing little installations in the middle of nowhere. How delightful they were!
